Your involvement is essential to the realization of our mission. This is why we regularly recruit volunteers to help us in the execution of our activities (urban agriculture, composting follow-up, office work, cleanup initiatives, etc.).
In addition to being very rewarding and stimulating a sense of pride and self-esteem, volunteering allows employees to get to know their colleagues better and to strengthen team spirit. By facilitating the social involvement of your employees, you will observe the impact of these volunteer activities on their involvement in your organization.
Votre implication est essentielle à la réalisation de notre mandat. C’est pourquoi nous recrutons régulièrement des bénévoles pour nous aider dans l’exécution de nos activités (agriculture urbaine, suivi des composteurs, travail de bureau, actions de propreté, etc.).
En plus d’être très valorisant et de stimuler la fierté et l’estime de soi, le bénévolat permet aux employé·es de mieux connaître leurs collègues et de renforcer l’esprit d’équipe.
