Learn how to preserve herbs

Drying your herbs is a way to make the most of your crops with minimal efforts. The conservation of herbs prevents wasting what is harvested throughout the season and allows them to be used throughout the year as needed. So we are talking about “self-sufficiency” and “anti-waste”!
